Imagine this…

In the midst of these challenging times- you and your animals are surrounded by peace and calm 💚

It’s so easy to take on the pain of the world- or to get lost in ruminating over the past and worrying about the future.

Our animals are very sensitive to this inner turmoil, often mirroring it back to us.

Where does this lead?

Tension and stress for you and your beloved companions.

Fortunately, animals are natural masters of living in the present moment.

If we take the time to slow down, connect with them and honour their wisdom, they will help guide us along the path to inner peace.

The animals of FSS and I will guide you through simple daily practices with animals that will help you create more peace for you, your animals and the world.

Don’t have a companion animal?

No problem! These practices can be done with animals anywhere- birds in your backyard, your friend’s cat, urban wildlife, or even using visualization.

Join us for our 7 Day Mindfulness Challenge and learn:

How to nurture loving-kindness and inner peace with animals- even during challenging times!

What if I suck at all this mindfulness stuff? It’s just not my thing!

Our minds are wired to think, especially about what could go wrong. They evolved that way to keep us safe.

Mindfulness isn’t about having a perfectly quiet mind.

Rather, it involves being present in the moment with openness, curiosity and acceptance. That’s it!

If formal meditation isn’t your thing, no problem!

Together, we’re going to explore ways of practicing mindfulness that don’t involve plunking yourself down on a cushion.

What if I’m just too sensitive to all the pain to even think about it?

Learning how to ground yourself is an essential skill for those who are highly sensitive (20% of the population). We’ll guide you through simple practices that are perfect for HSP’s (highly sensitive persons).

But, I’m too busy to add another thing to my day…

Even 10 minutes a day can make a BIG difference!

The more adversity and chaos we’re faced with, the more important setting aside time each day for nurturing inner peace becomes.

And, bonus! It’s special time set aside just for you and your animals- quality time that will bring more peace to you and your furry friends, while deepening your bond.

Think of it as a little gift you give yourself and your animals every day 💜🎁
